Privacy Policy

We collect the details you give us directly — your name, email, billing information, and the prompts and drafts you create inside the editor.

We also record basic usage signals, such as which templates you open and how often you generate copy, so we can improve the product.

Your account data keeps your workspace running and lets us bill the correct plan. Your prompts and drafts stay private to your workspace and are never sold.

We use aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to prioritise features and catch performance regressions before they reach you.

We do not train foundation models on your content by default. If you opt in to help improve ASoc, you can turn that setting off again at any time from your workspace settings.

You can export or delete your data whenever you like. Deleting your account removes your drafts from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.
