About the role
We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Developmentteam and help shape how the world's teams write with AI. You'll work alongside thoughtful, senior people on problems that don't have tidy answers yet — and you'll have real ownership of the outcome from day one.
ASoc turns blank pages into on-brand copy in seconds. Behind that simplicity is hard, interesting work: language models, product craft, and a relentless focus on what actually helps people write. This role sits right in the middle of it.
What you'll do
- Partner with the team to turn fuzzy briefs into clear, shippable work that moves the product forward.
- Own your area end to end — from first sketch to the version real customers actually use.
- Bring a point of view: question assumptions, propose better paths, and back it with evidence.
- Collaborate across product, engineering and design so the right thing ships, not just any thing.
- Measure what you ship and feed the learnings back into the next iteration.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years doing comparable work, with a portfolio or track record you’re proud to walk us through.
- Sharp written and verbal communication — you can make complex ideas land simply.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping over perfecting in private.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how language tools are reshaping how teams create.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach: you make the people around you better.
