Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Serviceteam and help shape how the world's teams write with AI. You'll work alongside thoughtful, senior people on problems that don't have tidy answers yet — and you'll have real ownership of the outcome from day one.

ASoc turns blank pages into on-brand copy in seconds. Behind that simplicity is hard, interesting work: language models, product craft, and a relentless focus on what actually helps people write. This role sits right in the middle of it.

What you'll do

• ✓Partner with the team to turn fuzzy briefs into clear, shippable work that moves the product forward.
• ✓Own your area end to end — from first sketch to the version real customers actually use.
• ✓Bring a point of view: question assumptions, propose better paths, and back it with evidence.
• ✓Collaborate across product, engineering and design so the right thing ships, not just any thing.
• ✓Measure what you ship and feed the learnings back into the next iteration.

What we're looking for

• ✓3+ years doing comparable work, with a portfolio or track record you’re proud to walk us through.
• ✓Sharp written and verbal communication — you can make complex ideas land simply.
• ✓Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping over perfecting in private.
• ✓Genuine curiosity about AI and how language tools are reshaping how teams create.
• ✓A collaborative, low-ego approach: you make the people around you better.
